Problems can usually be resolved over the phone without having to send the unit back for repair. This process eliminates shipping expenses and saves valuable time.
At Karaoke Home Entertainment (KHE) we quality test all our Karaoke Machines prior to sale, this is done to ensure everything is not only present in the box but is in 100% working order.
This generally ensures that we can resolve any operational issues either using our How To Connect Guides or over the telephone, failing that the only explanation is that the product was somehow damaged whilst in transit to you.
All products as sold by Karaoke Home Entertainment (KHE) are covered by a manufacturers return to base warranty, meaning all shipping costs from you to us are at your expense. We will pay the return shipping costs back to you in the event of a valid warranty claim only, claims which are not valid will be subject to service fees and charges (including return delivery charges).
The warranty period and terms and conditions may vary between products and manufacturers, in general 12 months from the invoice purchase date applies.
|In all cases it is your sole responsibility to provide us with proof of purchase.|
Should a product become faulty within the warranty period the item will be either repaired or replaced with no refunds paid whatsoever. Should the product no-longer be available you will be given a credit note in your name to value of the original purchase.
Limited 1 month warranty applies to all wired microphones for the cable and jack socket, 12 month warranty is for the microphone head only in the event of component failure only.
Please note that any and all user damage or misuse will not be covered by any warranty. All warranty claims are subject solely to the manufacturers discretionary approval and can sometimes take up to 6 weeks (subject to availability of stock or spare parts), though most claims are resolved immediately.
Failing that should you suspect you have a faulty product please either call: 00 613 9703 0111 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org so we can discuss with you the problems you are experiencing. This will also enable us to determine whether or not there is a fault or a simple case of user error.
Please don't just send the item back before making contact with us as no returns will be accepted without prior approval, any unauthorized returns sent which may or may not include any request for payment to effect delivery to KHE will be immediately refused and returned unopened to sender, at senders full cost.
Should the product need to be returned we will give you specific instructions (including your unique claim number) detailing what is to be returned and where to send it to. In most cases returns will be directed back to Karaoke Home Entertainment, P.O. Box 38 (Webb Street), Narre Warren Vic 3805 Australia for testing however this may change from time to time depending on the product being returned.
We strongly recommend that you send all returns by registered mail which provides the sender a unique tracking number along with the option for insurance coverage for loss in the postal network, all risk lies with the sender to effect delivery to KHE.

Please choose any and all products carefully and please feel free to ask as many questions as needed to satisfy any and all your questions, as all products sold by Karaoke Home Entertainment are sold on a Firm Sale Basis, with no refunds given whatsoever.
If you are new to Karaoke we highly recommend you take a look at our free e-book "The Essential Karaoke Buyers Guide" which is designed to take out the guess work and replaces any assumptions you may have about Karaoke with facts so you are well informed before you make any purchase, be it from KHE or elsewhere.
Please note: That all Karaoke tracks are recreated in the style of the Artist/Group that made the song famous and do not contain any original artist vocals or music. Backing vocals are provided as standard for the chorus line only unless specified that the song has vocal assist all the way through also known as Multiplex or MPX.
No video clips are provided on CD+G or MP3+G Karaoke content, some selected Karaoke DVD's where indicated only feature video clips but again they are not original video clips but general party related video clips.
Exchange may be possible (subject to approval) providing that the goods being returned are in 100% resellable new condition with all original packaging manuals etc. being present.
A standard re-stocking fee of 10% will be applicable if the exchange is approved by Karaoke Home Entertainment Management, return shipping to us will be at your expense, a credit note will be issued should there be any balance remaining after exchange.
Karaoke Home Entertainment Management reserves the right to refuse any exchange or apply an excess restocking fee (additional 10%) if it deems it necessary based on the condition of the returned goods. Should the goods be rejected the cost of such return to the customer must be paid in full prior to Karaoke Home Entertainment returning the goods.
Your order maybe subject upon arrival into New Zealand to the local 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax) and Import Duties may also be applicable to your order. You can learn more about these charges at New Zealand Customs, though you may not have to pay NZ GST and duties if they add up to less than $60.
If your order is flagged by NZ Customs the delivery will be held until the NZ GST and Import Duty has been paid by the receiver of the goods. It is the sole responsibility of the receiver to pay theses Government charges and is NOT included in the shipping of your goods to New Zealand by KHE.co.nz.
This will inadvertently delay the delivery of your parcel to you until the NZ GST and Import Duty has been paid by the receiver of the goods and since KHE.co.nz has no control over this part of delivery process we cannot not offer any compensation whatsoever for any late deliveries experienced as a result of NZ Customs charges applicable.
